spring is upon us and ive started mixing the album which is scary but feels great to be so close to finished. 

i thought i would share this rough mix of a new song (that wont be on the album) with you called "peace". it's part of a group of new tracks i've been working on since april, and it sort of explains a bit of where my thinking arrived after working through so much in the process of recording the full-length.

some thoughts on the challenge of living peacefully in a violent world, of having hope and having fun in a world where it's easy to despair, and accepting our own successes and failures and making some kind of peace with ourselves. 

most of my one-off joints lately have been on the freestyle/battle tip so here's a deep one for ya! shouts to skratch bastid for working on this one with me.

looking fwd to rocking with buck 65 in montreal this month as well as the sasquatch music festival… also looking fwd to dropping more new material before may is out!

I haven't had the pleasure of seeing some of you this year - for the most part I've been off the road and in the studio working on my next album. It's been a joy and a journey full of rich experiences this time around. I hope to share lots of new music with all of you in 2013.
